Clear & Brilliant
Book NowClear + Brilliant® is a gentle, non-ablative fractional laser treatment designed to “prejuvenate” skin by creating microscopic treatment zones that stimulate collagen and elastin production. A typical session lasts 30–45 minutes (including prep), and most patients pursue an initial series of 4–6 treatments spaced 2–4 weeks apart to achieve and maintain a smoother, more radiant complexion.

Arrive with clean skin. Do not wear makeup, creams, oils, or perfume on the treatment area. Discontinue retinol, exfoliants, and active topical products 2–3 days prior to treatment.
Avoid excessive sun exposure, tanning, and sunless tanners for at least 1–2 weeks before treatment. Consistent use of sunscreen is recommended prior to your appointment.
Avoid NSAIDs and blood-thinning products for 2–3 days prior unless prescribed. Inform your provider of all medications and supplements, especially those that may increase light sensitivity.
Reschedule if you have active infection, open wounds, rash, or cold sores in the treatment area. Inform your provider if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have used Accutane within the past 6 months.
Inform your provider if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, prone to keloid or abnormal scarring, have impaired healing, suspicious lesions, or have used Accutane within the past 6 months. Clients with a history of herpes simplex (cold sores) should inform their provider, as treatment may trigger reactivation.
Stay well hydrated and avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior. Inform your provider of any recent procedures or treatments. you acknowledge that outcomes are not guaranteed and depend on individual factors, as well as adherence to pre and post care instructions.
Return to work or social activities immediately; makeup and sunscreen may be applied post-session.
Treatment feels like a light warming sensation; no topical anesthesia needed, though optional numbing can be used.
Select Original and/or Perméa handpieces, adjust pulse density, and tailor session count to your goals.
Noticeable improvements in softness, tone, and glow within one week; cumulative benefits over subsequent treatments.
Clear + Brilliant® employs two proprietary wavelengths (1440 nm and 1927 nm) delivered via the Original and Perméa handpieces, creating thousands of microscopic columns of thermal injury in the epidermis and superficial dermis. These zones trigger natural healing, boosting collagen and cell turnover with minimal recuperation time.
Your treatment begins with a personalized consultation to review medical history and select the appropriate Clear + Brilliant® handpiece (Original for texture and pores; Perméa for pigmentation and enhanced product uptake).
During the session, the laser handpiece is guided uniformly across the skin, delivering thousands of microscopic thermal zones over 15–20 minutes of lasing (total appointment ~30 minutes).
You may feel a gentle warming; built-in cooling and optional numbing cream ensure a comfortable experience.
Post-treatment, microscopic columns heal rapidly—improvements begin within days and continue as collagen remodels.
A series of 4–6 treatments spaced 3–4 weeks apart is recommended for optimal, lasting results.
Redness, warmth, mild swelling, and a sandpaper-like texture are expected. These are normal responses and typically resolve within a few days as the skin renews.
Avoid applying makeup, sunscreen, or skincare products for the first 12–24 hours unless instructed. Avoid touching the treated area. Gentle cooling may be used if needed.
After 24 hours, gently cleanse with a mild cleanser. Use a gentle moisturizer or hydrating serum as recommended. Avoid retinol, exfoliants, acids, and active ingredients for 3–5 days. Do not scrub or exfoliate the skin.
Avoid heat, saunas, steam, and intense exercise for 24 hours. Avoid excessive sweating and alcohol for 24 hours.
Apply broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30–50+) after 24 hours once the skin feels comfortable. Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning for at least 5–7 days. Wear protective clothing outdoors. Makeup may be resumed after 24 hours if the skin feels comfortable.
As the skin heals, temporary dryness, sensitivity, or texture changes may occur. In some cases, pinpoint bleeding, oozing, or light crusting may develop. Rarely, blistering, superficial burns, infection, or scarring may occur. Temporary or prolonged changes in pigmentation may occur, particularly with sun exposure or in darker skin types. Clients with a history of cold sores may experience reactivation. Results vary and are not guaranteed, and some individuals may experience minimal improvement. Contact your provider if you experience persistent redness, swelling, signs of infection, or unexpected reactions.
